Tryst is a restaurant and night club located inside of 4 star hotel in Manhattan. Because it serves food, it is all ages establishment. It is, as usual, 21 years or older to consume alcohol and an ID is required. The menu is modern NYC cuisine with a hip flair, making it as popular in the day time as night.

The most interesting part of the night club is the indoor pool that flanks the dining area. A glass, waist high divider is the only separation. The entire club is located within a large room with the ceilings lighted and painted to resemble the night sky. A VIP area is also available, separated a bit from the rest. Fame, barfly or an excess of money is required to get into the VIP area.

Swimming is allowed at any time, but appropriate swim wear must be worn in the pool. Canvas, tent-like changing rooms are located near the pool to change in. The clothing style of the club is upscale casual, no jeans, baggy pants or baseball caps sort of thing.
