Character Description
Elisha is a vibrant young woman in her late teens. Her nature is friendly and social, with an air of sensuality. She has fair skin, light blonde hair, bright blue eyes, thick black lashes and full, pink lips. Her body is attractive and nicely shaped. She wears a ginger colored button up, over a ribbed tank tank top, low cut jeans, showing mid-drift, and snake skin boots. (Striking Looks 4, Sexualized)

Family History
Elisha was the second generation born of a new ghoul family. Her grandmother, Adalia, was born in Germany in 1920. She had moved with her family to America as a little girl. At the age of 17 she was kidnapped and taken as the ghoul of a Ordo Dracul Mekhet named Bergen Galilea. He had heard of her ability to tell the future and wanted to experiment with her. Soon after being ghouled, she lost her ability to see the future, and with it much of Bergen's interest.
Adalia became pregnant by accident from a lover she'd taken. When Bergen found out, he decided that allowing her to suffer through a doomed pregnancy would be a good punishment for what he perceived as philandering. Soon Adalia grew more and more round, her pregnancy seemed relatively stable, and Bergen watched and kept records of her. She had a healthy son much to his surprise. Adalia, unaware of her punishment, grew more fond of her regnant from his generosity of allowing her to have her son. Soon, Bergen encouraged Adalia to have more children, curious if he had stumbled upon one of the rare ghouls who was capable of such. To his pleasant surprise, she had nearly 12 children in total and formed a solid base for her new, tiny ghoul family.
Bergen watched over the new family, granting them his name, Galilea. Eventually he noticed that the children who were not ghouled often exhibited psychic abilities. Bergen knew he would need more variety of test subjects and more people working with him on this to discover if they could keep these abilities after becoming ghouls. So, he paired off 10 of his new ghouls with 10 mortals, succeeding in 8 successful pairings. He soon sold off 3 of those pairs to associates in exchange for favors and promises of children to add back into the breeding stock. Elisha's mother and father was one of those pairs.
Early Life:
Her parents, Jason and Laura, had three children before her, and were forced to watch as their children were torn from them to be used in other places. They grew to resent their regnant for this reason and eventually ran away from him. They moved from place to place, and managed to go for almost 15 years before being caught. In this time they had Elisha, and tried to keep her existence secret. Her slow aging forced them to transfer her from school to school, taking time off to keep things secret. Elisha was at school when they came for Jason and Laura. They took them from their jobs, never going to the home they kept, and never finding out about the young daughter they had.
When Elisha returned home from school that day she found nothing. When no one ever returned that night she didn't know what to do. She went to school the next day and told the teacher what had happened. Her teacher called the police, and with no ties to family of any sort, she was put in a children's home. Only appearing to be nine, she was an undesirable child to adopt.
The Program:
Elisha was taken into a government program in 1992 at the age of 14 after exhibiting a psychic ability. They assumed, because of her size and the grade level she was in, that she was no more than nine years old, and classified her as such. Her parents had gone missing only a few weeks before. She never found out what happened to her parents, but her memory of them was vague from the trauma of loosing them. They had never really explained her slow aging thoroughly, and had never spoken of vampires and ghouls.
She was raised in the program for the next nine years until they believed she was 18, though she was actually 24. She still appeared no older than 16, and was seen as a late bloomer. She had been instructed in many psychic powers and was never able to further her own powers. Her psychic abilities seemed to remain weak but her social skills grew stronger. She was very popular among the young psychics. She became good friends with all of them, and was never without a boyfriend. The scientists were baffled by her poor progress and declining powers, but took note of her ease of manipulation and seduction and removed her from the psychic program in 2001.

Eventually Elisha followed a lead on Ben to Nashville, searching for anything to help find him. She set up an apartment and looked for Ben. When she found him, she soon discovered he was an entirely different person than the one she had known before. He had started a family, and had become involved with another agency.

She quickly grew attached to him, and wanted more and more to be a part of his life, but due to his family she knew that wasn't possible. Eventually she told him her secret and how she felt about him. They went through a few months of rough times, during which Elisha gave birth to a healthy son, Ethan. Eventually Elisha was introduced to his family, and they accepted her. She moved in and became part of his family.
Not long after, the entire family was moved to Japan for Elyaina's family reasons. Elisha didn't have much explained to her, but would have gone anywhere for Ben. Since then she has been studying, trying to learn the language, and trying to fit into a new country.
