Description
Devin is a tight muscled older teen with short brown hair. hes normally dresses in black jeans and a black button up shirt and is usually carrying a side bag and wearing a jacket. (Presence 2,Gnosis 2, American)

The area around devin is put into sharper focus like everything is more substantial and odd chattering voices can be heard at the edge of hearing.
Character Background
Raised in New York devin was grew up in a fairly well off german family and gifted with a decent level of intelligence. His only problem was a long streak of misbehavior. through his early years he would break things and get into fights at school. His parents thinking this was just him having a lot of pent up energy put him in a junior boxing class where he remained for several years. this was not to say he was a bad student. he was intelligent and understood almost all the work any teacher could present him with. Through his early teens he continued boxing and did a few competitions. In school he maintained decent grades but started selling marijuana through a few friends to suppliment his allowance but refused to touch any higher narcotics after seeing a few friends lived ruined by Ecstacy and codine. After a few years he lifted this issue but never dealt with them himself but led people to those that did. This activity didnt escape the notice of his parents or the police and he was arrested a few times but was almost always able to keep out of serious trouble.
After a particularly nasty fight in his freshmen year of highschool that put him in the hospital with a few broken ribs and a broken jaw his parents wanted him to change school and get him away from his criminal affairs. They gave him a choice between ISSH in Tokyo or military school in vermont. Taking the Obvious choice he began studying japanese and by the start of his sophomore year he was fluent in the language and was on the plane to tokyo.
After his first week at his new school he met Mark Jacobs and started selling weed again. This was not to say he hadnt changed from his ordeal and is now a far more mellow person. He will try to calm a situation before it comes to blows but if it goes too far he will go all out. over the last few years he has become more lax in his work and has a bad habit of not turning in homework and such unless someone kicks his ass to do it. as an effect of his lax behavior he was held back junior year and is waiting for the next year to try and advance. he is also currently attempting to rejoin a normal boxing class or gym but until then he has just done self-practice. He is also an avid lover of anime and video games and burns alot of time on them.
