Bedlam is a tall man at 6'2, weighing in at around 180. He has long coal black hair down reaching down his back and hard eyes that seem to bore into you.He is wearing black slacks an a black long sleeved shirt, as well as thick combat boots.(Blood pot:4 Hum:5 Striking looks:2 Intimidation:2)

Background

Sebastion Lords was born in 1940 to Mary Anne and Charles Lords in Maine. He grew up in luxury, surrounded by servants and prosperity but he was never quite happy. He hated his strict parents, he hated school, he hated his life. He tried ending it when he was 14 by slicing his wrist. He was saved when the Maid saw him lying on his floor bleeding to death and called for an ambulance. He spent 6 months in a psychiatric ward until they thought he had recovered. In truth, he had learned how to hide his sickness.

When he was away at collage in 1958 his family home burned down, both of his parents were killed. No one ever discovered that he had snuck away that night and started the fire. His inheritance came through within a few months after their deaths. He finished School and hit the road. He joined several communes during the early Sixties and was generally living it up, with the drug culture. He even sang briefly in rock band called Bedlam. His self destructive side got the better of him and after just a few years he had blown most of his money. When he was 25 he checked himself into a rehab center.

While he was in Rehab, he woke in the night to find a strange man standing over him dressed as an orderly. The man introduced himself as Groz. He claimed he had watched Sebastion perform a couple years earlier and was interested to find him here. He also knew all about the murder of his parents and he asked Sebastion if he wanted a chance to escape from all of his worries. That night Sebastion was embraced as a Ventrue.

Sebastion moved to Los Angeles and went back to performing, using the stage name Bedlam. Over the years it became the only name he went by. His act, never good enough to actually go anywhere, went from rock to punk to metal over the intervening years. His meanstreak was satisfied nightly as he debased himself and others... still not finding his way. One night in L.A. he was sitting in Elysium, wallowing in self pity he met Jorge Masterson, a local Priest of the Lancea Sanctum. Jorge told him about Longinus, told him how following the Testimant of Longinus would give his life purpose and meaning, and so lost and alone, Bedlam joined the ranks of the Sancified. With discipline and faith he worked hard to improve himself as a Vampire. He managed to focus his Vitae in ways he had never known and his power grew.

After becoming a full member he worked to rectify a longstanding mistake. He found a girl he had met in the 70's and had embraced in one of his weaker moments.Groz showed back up in his life and guided him on the path of his bloodline. Once he had awakened it, he helped Malice do the same. He began talking to himself quite a lot and they decided to keep their bloodline a secret for as long as they could.

The two of them became strong members of the Sanctum, he becoming a priest. After some time, Bedlam migrated to Nashville with the coterie Dead Reckoning, after some months the group broke up do to internal fighting and he was left with his second childe Isabella. Together they formed Asylum Number Nine, until Isabella vanished as well. Bedlam lived there for a little more than a year and 3 months. In his time there, he made several enemies, and few friends, but he persisted on staying. About a year after his arrival Malice joined him there. An enemy had discovered his bloodline and leaked it to the Sanctum, and he found himself falling out of favor quickly. Deciding that a new start was in order, he decided on Tokyo, after learning that a number of Kindred from Nashville were going there.
