Allowed Auspices and Tribes

All 5 Auspices and 5 Tribes are open at this time. Lodges from the corebook are accepted at creation at this time, other Lodges might be allowed at a later time. You may work toward an allowed Lodge in character.
The most popular tribe in Tokyo is obviously the Iron Masters, but the Storm Lords are still the ruling tribe.

Starting Experience

All Werewolf characters start out with an additional 35 experience points. You can divide that xp up any way you like with a few exceptions.
* No more than half can go into Gifts (this does not include Renown).
* Brawl, firearms and weaponry are capped at 3 dots at creation.
* Attributes are capped at 4 at creation.

You may also add certain bonuses to your sheet. These may change at any time, so keep up to date when making new characters. The Pack bonus is available to people who work together with other players prior to approval to create their characters to be in the same Pack. You must ask permission of the other players before putting yourself in a pack that is being created or already exists.

Created packs also must work with the ST to create the pack's Totem. The rules from the book will be used for this.

Character Age

You may write characters are any age you like with a few exceptions.

* You must write an acceptable background based on your characters age.

Character Background

All characters are required to write a short background regardless of age. The minimum requirement for characters under is one paragraph for mortal life before the First Change, a paragraph about their First Change, a paragraph about their induction into their Tribe (or why they chose no Tribe or was kicked out if a Ghost Wolf), and one paragraph per decade since that time detailing what they've been doing and why they're in Tokyo if not native.

The information about their First Change needs to be appropriate for their Auspice. For example, while it is possible for an Ithaeur to have a First Change bathed in blood of their foes in one-on-one combat, it's a very unlikely one for that Auspice.

Wolf Blooded

We do allow Wolf-Blooded characters. Any mortal can take this merit, but remember it is a creation-only, mortal-only merit. We use the rules from the corebook for now, so only the 4-point version is allowed. We do own Blood of the Wolf and might use the optional rules for it at a later time.
