Character Description

Here is a list of things that needs to be in your character's description: Presence score, Striking Looks, any other obvious physical features (Giant, some flaw, scars, etc). You also need to state if your character is non-Japanese, otherwise it's assumed they're Japanese and treated accordingly. There are no other special requirements for Uratha or Wolf Blooded.

Sensing Uratha

The rules on p. 180 cover when two or more Uratha can sense each other. Since this is not an "always" situation like Predator's Taint for Vampires, there won't be a flag letting people know about it in a character's description. If they ask OOC upon meeting, or purposefully scent someone for such things, then then roll can be made. An ST in a scene might also have people make the roll as necessary.

Sensing Wolf-Blooded

Wolf-Blooded cannot be detected in the same way as Uratha. A Uratha (or Vampire with Heightened Senses: smell) using scents might notice a Wolf-Blooded is slightly different than other mortals, but nothing that is definite. There are other ways to know the Wolf-Blooded, though, but they don't need to be discussed here. If you have one of those abilities, then you can ask the person if they are Wolf-Blooded or not.
