| Creation only merits and flaws must be purchased with your initial seven dots of merits, creation experience will not count for them. |

| The sentiment of vampires versus werewolves in Tokyo does not exist, in general Vampires and Werewolves have no particular feeling one way or the other about the other supernaturals. You may choose for your character to be friendly or antagonistic to the werewolves, but there is no social moree between either side to hate the other. |

| Retainers
Retainers may not be used as body guards who walk around for you and fight for you in combat situations. The only combat situation retainers may be used in is Haven defense. Ghoul retainers who are specifically used for defense need a basic sheet approved by STs and tacked on the bottom of your character's sheet. Club owners can use Retainers as defensive measures at their club (security, etc). A coterie who use the same place for a haven can all use Retainers to defend that haven. If you feel it should be allowed for use elsewhere come in and ask. The STs will control all Retainer use during a scene that requires combat. |

| We will be using the language errata in the back of the book. In short it means that each language is represented by a one point merit rather than a 1-3pt merit. |

Here is a list of some of the things that need to be in your character's description: Blood Potency, Humanity, Presence score, Striking Looks, Obfuscate 2 if it is active, any other obvious physical features (Giant, some flaw, scars, etc). You also need to state if your character is non-Japanese, otherwise it's assumed they're Japanese and treated accordingly. |
